All academics deserve access to support, guidance and developmental feedback on their research. I provide training, coaching and detailed, personalized advice to management scholars and business school faculty to help them get their work published.

As an academic myself, I know the joys and pitfalls of conducting and writing research. I have extensive experience as an Associate Editor and on the Editorial Boards of some of the top journals in our field including Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations and Journal of Management Studies. I have published in many different journals and I have been rejected from many others - both sides of this equation enable me to provide advice and recommendations for getting over the line.
